Walls and ceilings
Refresh painted walls and ceilings in bedrooms, living spaces, hallways, offices, and other finished interior rooms.
Green State Landscaping’s December–February painting service is for residential interiors. Homeowners can schedule walls, ceilings, baseboards, window and door trim, and interior doors in finished spaces such as bedrooms, living areas, hallways, home offices, and similar rooms.
Winter interior painting includes work-area protection, routine surface preparation, paint application, and cleanup. Exterior painting is not part of this December–February service.
Refresh painted walls and ceilings in bedrooms, living spaces, hallways, offices, and other finished interior rooms.
Paint baseboards, window and door trim, and interior doors when they are included with the agreed room scope.
Protect floors and nearby belongings, mask adjoining surfaces, clean the work area, and complete routine patching and sanding before paint is applied.
Apply the selected wall, ceiling, or trim finish, remove job protection, collect painting debris, and review the completed rooms with the homeowner.
This seasonal service is intended for finished residential rooms that need standard preparation and repainting. Exterior surfaces, cabinet refinishing, major drywall or plaster repair, active leaks or moisture damage, mold remediation, and hazardous coating removal require a different trade or project scope.
Identify each wall, ceiling, door, baseboard, and trim section so the estimate covers the correct rooms and finishes.
Loose paint, holes, cracks, stains, or damaged drywall should be disclosed early; repairs beyond routine preparation may need separate service.
Furniture movement, floor protection, pets, room access, ventilation, and drying time all affect how the interior work is sequenced.
Green State defines the rooms and painted surfaces first, then protects the home, completes routine preparation, applies the selected finishes, cleans the work area, and reviews the result.
List the rooms and specify walls, ceilings, trim, baseboards, or interior doors, along with the current colors and desired finish.
Confirm furniture access, protect floors and fixed features, mask clean edges, and complete the routine preparation in the approved scope.
Coordinate ceilings, walls, trim, and doors so wet surfaces can dry without interrupting other completed work.
Remove coverings and debris, check the completed painted surfaces, and return the work area ready for normal household use after curing.
The December–February service covers residential interior walls, ceilings, baseboards, window and door trim, and interior doors in finished rooms such as bedrooms, living spaces, hallways, and home offices.
